In 1903 Russian Konstantin Tsiolkovsky wrote an astonishingly accurate prediction of the future of Space Flight and life in a Space Station. This was the same year as the Wright Brother's first controlled flight. Konstantin was a self taught man. Wernher Von Braun referred to his treatise at Pennemunde.
