People like Irmo define the history and soul of a brand, make it more than a set of logos and a factory building. It's fantastic to see you highlight one of the humans of Ferrari. I hope he gets a big retirement party!

Ferrari is a World Treasure for motor racing fans. It is unique. Only Ferrari could do a documentary like this - that simply reflects passion. There are other great brands (like Mercedes,...) but they could never deliver the passion we can feel in Ferrari. When we talk about racing... then Ferrari is the one! I hope you can deliver more videos like this in the future! Cheers from Portugal!

What a great story. What conviction and passion. He would have been involved in my '86 and '94. Godspeed Irmo.

It’s very hard for people that used to be working for such a long time and dedication for a company. It becomes part of their identity. When they leave, they lose part of it. Would be great if Ferrari has a department that connects retired people, something like a community to still give those people a purpose, inviting them to events, asking for their wisdom and advice for certain topics.

Me and my wife had visited at Maranello Ferrari Museum and factory tour last week. I have forgotten to ask about Irmo who had work there. After visited in Ferrari, I think I would like to join there. I'm so passionate about Motorsports and fast cars. I'm a car mechanic for 10 years. Ferrari made me more enthusiastic. Thank you so much a chance to see all cars in Italy.

Inspirational person and the video is another example why even if there are so many failures and no winning results Ferrari always be the most important car in F1. Forza Ferrari !!!

Bellissimo questo video, dove Irmo è stato un grande lavoratore alla Ferrari, qui si vede la passione per la Ferrari, ma anche riconoscenza da parte di Ferrari nei suoi confronti, come riconoscenza e professionalità di questo uomo, qui si vede la differenza fra Ferrari e un azienda normale in Italia, sarebbe il sogno di tutti anche mio come tifoso lavorare in Ferrari, almeno qui sei premiato e riconosciuto, fossero tutte così le aziende in Italia, sarebbe un grande Paese ma non è così, se non tieni le persone migliori nella tua azienda e le lascerai andare via dai tuoi competitors rimarrai sempre un azienda mediocre e avvantaggerai gli altri, bellissima questa storia di Irmo mi sono quasi commosso, grande persona, Ferrari ha fatto una bellissima cosa dedicandogli questo video, se lo merita, bravi, e sempre FORZA FERRARI!!!
