Short description:
The car ferry between the cities Konstanz and Meesburg has been in operation since 1928. Today these ferries are financed and operated by Stadtwerke Konstanz. These ferries transport cars, busses, commercial vehicles, motorcyclists, pedestrians and other tourists. The ferry connections are available every hour throughout the day and it takes around 15-20 minutes for one side journey covering around 6km. Tickets could be purchased during the ride.
