Chris that has to make you feel proud to see yourself as an advertising agent for the A M I Company. And just imagine how it started with just you looking for the right attachments for your excavator. All that it took was yourself getting in touch with a Company like AMI that took the time to work with you to design and build a bucket and thumb attachment that you needed and they then put you logo on it for you and then to have them put it into their product line for the general industry to purchase is amazing in today’s market. That can only happen when you get connected with a company that actually listens and wants to help the customers that call on them for their needs.Chris I wish you the most success in your business adventures to come in the future. I’m also want to thank AMI for working and listening to you and designing an attachment with your logo on it and deciding to offer it in their catalog of attachments that the general public can use.
That was a cool video. You put a smile on my face at the start and it's still there. This is almost as good as walking around with you guys in person. Thanks, Mike for filming Chris in the AMI booth, thanks Chris for sharing this. This was fun.
I rewatched the aftermath of the dinner party and I thought back to the vendor dinner parties and events we used to have at medical conventions. Those were fun times but came to an end because of some underhanded deals made by unethical physicians, hospital groups, and medical device companies.
ANZAC Day here today (25 April) - We will remember them. Lest we forget. Love this video - RU-vidrs having a great time especially rhat lad with the Volvo cap and AMI hoody and thumb to boot.
I wondered about that, I thought when the companies saw Kleeman they would quickly assign a couple of security guys to escort him in case he tried to get into something breakable. :)
Really nice that in this episode it seems all of you guys were together. Lots of really interesting equipment. That giant poster scene with Chris in it was a hoot. The rock to gravel excavator accessory looks like it would definitely be usefull in the right circumstances. Thanks Chris for this follow up episode to watch after a full day at the VA. A really nice way to unwind.
Looks like you had a good time with good friends. That would be a good event to go to. It's amazing how far machinery has advanced in the past fifty years. Be safe, have fun and God Bless!!!😊
That concrete grinder on the excavator was pretty cool. Trying to figure out what size of a job that would be worth it's cost without being too big to lose your shirt with a slow quantity process . I know of one local old store they tore out the old floor and used a big machine to crush it on site and use the gravel for the new parking lot. I sent my sister a picture of the Bomag rollers. She worked for them until a couple of years ago. She started with them when they were Stow Manufacturing . Here they did the small equipment like plate tampers ,small walk behind rollers ect.
Thanks for the video Chris nice seeing everyone having a good time, like Matt's comment on the Kato. Take care of yourself and Winston and be Blessed ❤️❤️.
That yanmar is so much like an asv since they joined literally same door panels and asv max series cab it looks wonder when they'll have there track option like cat does
I used to be a framing carpenter. On the one little cul de sac development we were building on, they were putting in an underground settlement system like a huge septic field. The one big excavator had a bucket without teeth to pull gravel out of a bin. On the back of the bucket was a plate compactor to settle the grave in the trench.
Wow Chris you made the big time. Thanks for taking us to expo. Was the "monorail" built/installed just for this show? There are some Big Bucks here. Good video.
Always fun to see y’all getting together at these events. So Chris what do you think about getting with AMI and adding a simple hydraulic shear to your thumb that would allow you to pinch off tree branches a little easier? Kinda like adding a thumb to your thumb.
I’ve got a question for you, so I’ve got a driveway I’m doing 1800 feet long the first 600 feet I cut it down to the hardpan backfilled with shale topped it with gravel, I’m taking out 400 feet now and I’m down to 3 1/2 foot and I have not hit solid bottom, What do you do if you can’t find a bottom, and the customer doesn’t want to go any deeper. i’ve heard about bridging with fabric, but I’ve never used it and I just want to make sure I do this long driveway right and it holds up correctly. it’s just swampy low wetlands.
