Palitaw Ingredients:
2 Cups Glutinous Rice Flour
1 Cup Water
Sugar and grated Coconut as per your taste.
Mix Water and glutinous rice flour until pliable. Get 1 tablespoon size of the dough, and shape into a patty.
Place patty unto boiling water. Once patty floats, scoop out. Let cool for a few minutes then roll in grated coconut and sugar.
Serve.
