Good thing I had farmed some 40 of them Cogitators from AdMech Quests. When I've got as many points as I'm going to get in a Quest, I just farm for materials. Sweet 75% or so drop rate for legendary upgrades. I usually go for the legendary one even if I have no use for them in the foreseeable future 👍
