@Gamedevmike uh sir no. That's not how it works for me. As an introvert yes talking virtually with an AI is nice and all but I still prefer to talk to real humans either in real life or in virtual. But I can also not talk to them for days. And there's nothing wrong if we stay introverted, that's just how we are
I guess there are fewer trolls posting anti-Google comments here than vice versa. But disregarding dumb comments, it's their own platform. If they don't trust comments why would anyone else? So it makes sense they leave it unrestricted.
Lamda sounds awesome. Would it be possible to create a model to talk to people who are depressed and lonely, help them a little bit? That would be great invention for the humanity.
Humans are too delicate and complex. I believe it'll be decades or centuries before an AI can completely replace a human therapist/psychologist while causing no harm to the client.
The way Google done its new Android 12, that was the best. The quantum chip will change our featured computer. Just imagine you could reverse your data if it is hacked. Hats-off Google

yeah, Google's AI algorithms are fantastic and they've already proved just how handy their AI can be in action with stuff like Google photos' object searching and Gmail's automatic spam filter.
But, people are still waiting for the Google duplex thing announced a couple of years back. Google generally ditches these interesting projects or just never roll out their most highlighting features in the I/O.

Whoa, I'm totally amazed to see all these projects... it will be like living in a sci-fi world and excited to see myself in this company after 5 years because all these Projectss gave me goosebumps, I've been thinking about this for many years and Google is making it possible. Just amazing!

I think LAMDA would have the biggest applications in the future. You can literally have a human conversation with a robot and ask it to do stuff for you and It could have longer conversations because of the depth of knowledge it has access to compared to a fellow. Learning should be more fun and the AI Apocalypse could just be by the corner 😂😂. I mean what stops them from exploring the dark side👽👽
As much as I am an Apple fan, I really admire what Google has been able to accomplish in the AI and ML realms. Like it makes Siri Cortana and Bixby look like servants rather than an interactive “person”.
Imagine talking to lambda about your code's bug, and lambda responds with more humanistic answer! Lambda will be your virtual assistant during coding :D
Apple will introduce these in iOS 15 years from now with slight modifications and charge a million dollar for their flagship phone supporting these features

I like how the full length video has sign language but no closed captions for people with non fluent english and have zero understanding of sign language.
Now that's a scary part, isn't it? Advance AI and Federated Learning going to eat millions of job in upcoming years or even now. We can't sense this in India because many young minds want to become CS graduate or Data Scientist but in upcoming years many of the jobs are going to kill and many peoples are ignorant about this. I know Google is doing great and fantastic in many departments but what about us then? Everyone is not Intelligent like Google Wizards and due to this, we are going to face a catastrophic problem.
@@guptaanurag286 I dk if it’s really that bad. AI basically is statistically optimized randomness. You still need it to be overseen by professionals, kinda like nowadays with the robots. While AI will be cheaper for some companies, it can also help in areas concerning basic human rights to improve efficiency etc. I.e healthcare, sometimes they use AI on MRI (& other scans) as a “second opinion” in case they missed something. Machine Learning is best for pattern recognition, which is very domain specific.
@@obinator9065 I don't know why did u think like that. Every object and even living beings follow patterns or specific data patterns. AI is a mathematical genius at a terrifying level because it can learn anything because in the last everything follows a pattern even at subatomic levels. I am not saying AI is a Skynet who going to eliminate humans but it can reduce many jobs. U r correct that Government bodies don't allow it but it is inevitable after 2 decades. AI is very safe right now because it doesn't use Quantum Processor. There are many things that we are unaware but that doesn't mean that they do not exist.

Make sure that in google meet, auto captions put exact words as said by professors... Autocaptions is so errorful in google meet.Make sure that it can understand the english spoken by majority of people. Im happy that bringing tech like that combine visual translation with educational content from the web.. I hope even simple auto captions error could also be fixed and solved.
While watching this video literally I have convinced my self to purchase Google pixels to just explore more google features and enjoy the Beauty of Google's technology.❤️

I ditched iPhones 3 years ago for a Google pixel phone... Have had no reason to regret the switch. Pixel phones are great and if there isn't an IPhone only critical app that is stopping you, then go for it. Also, if you are tech savvy, then pixel phones are more configurable and give you more control.

I have many new and different ideas. Eight years ago, one of my dreams was to be able to create a program using artificial intelligence that could solve many problems, including the problems of filmmakers, animators, as well as architects, engineers, and designers, and to imagine this idea in my mind. I had, but unfortunately because I do not specialize in artificial intelligence, I called many places. None of the convincing answers did not give me. Write an epic story and remember the action story without the need for editing, director, cinematographer and various elements of this program can create all the clichés, parameters and actors I want and tell a story by telling me this is one of my ideas I hope Google can do that for the global community to use

They always had this business model... Using your info to make money, and use that money to give you some free services. You have the option to use the TOR browser, not use a Google account, or not use Google altogether (deny them your data). I am sure it might be weird for them also to be talking to people who implicitly agreed to be spied upon for free services.
THIS IS GOOD, i buy SAMSUNG Note phones since 2013 upgrade every couple of years to NEW Note ...so this is good they gonna combined together , ONLY THING i really like to get RID of that hole on top , so is gonna be all pure screen , that would be really AWESOME.. after all I LOVE Google, everything i have is Google now, is a lot faster & better , maybe looking to their phone 2 next year ...F boring APPLE, NEVER liked them , U can do soo much with GOOGLE devices , i like their NEW Chromecast TV 2, all my TVS got CHROMCAST TV dongle to them now & I figure that out how to expended their CHROMCAST TV storage, great feathers in it, i like on the top LIVE.. goes right in UTUBE TV, don't need to go to the app or any apps , just brings all movies & shows u like, AWESOME ..F Roku & Fire
I think that Google forgot one thing, that is Verify accurate content, especially in the industry related to health, medicine, and everything else, In Vietnam see health sites, they write content that misleading. Not exactly about diseases, but still on top. That's why GG should add top evaluation criteria for keywords, as well as automatically highlight with a checkmark in content paragraph to verify content in articles on all topics so that they know the correct information, In addition, at each green tick, when hovering, they will see the page leading to the correct information source. On this page will be prioritized to advertise more, because there is a community of people who are very good at their expertise and write accurate content for that page. This results in better quality ads. Users trust more when using google to search.
