In the midst of my husband's unemployment, we've been dealt a pretty big-and unexpected-financial blow. But this week has also been filled with a fun new little adventure, too. In this video, I'll share it all with you. (And as always, thanks so much for watching!)

It's funny... All the naysayers are already enjoying the new little Library area-except me! lol I've got to make some time to go enjoy the new space. lol

Yep! Even when I'm in an arthritic flare, I tell myself over and over, "You felt good before; you'll feel better again. This is now, not forever!"

Lots of great recipes for sourdough starter excess. Wheat-thins, you can use it for pancakes, 15 min flatbread. Love it :) You can refrigerate the little bit of left over starter instead of feeding it every day and then pull it out and feed it the night before you want to use it. Money comes and goes, my dad always taught us that when you run out you get a job and make some more. :) Keep up the channel!

As a Canadian watching this.... I keep wondering when your country is going to join the civilized world and provide health care for your citizens. (Not saying ours is perfect by any means, but...) Kudos on using all your resourcefulness to cope with the situation; I hope things will improve soon.
