A first look at the Blackstar ID:Core V4 Modelling Amps with Steve Marks 

I already have a Blackstar ID Core stereo 4o -first version. i don't really need all the updated features as i dont stream or record. i like it just as it is. even though i bought it used for under $100USD a few years ago from my local Music-Go-Round and bought a Starcaster-Strat electric guitar( said it on the head stock from factory) to extremely mod/upgrade it to my liking. 3 quad rail/soil humbuckers,3 tone,3 P/P tone pots and .047 orange drop tone caps wired like a 50's Les Paul with coil splitting and the bridge tome pot also a P/P to activate the bridge and neck P/Ups together regardless of any other controls the custom hand made extended pick guard in Brushed stainless steel loaded with the 3 Hums the 3 P/P vol. pots the 3 tone pots and retaining the 5-way fender blade selector switch and added a kill button just for fun, all pots adorned with chrome Tele style knobs abd a chrome tip on the 5-way. I get virtually unlimited tone variations with all these controls plus what i get in the ID Core stereo 40. to many to count >>> Wanna Play???

Yah great playing and great sounding amp, I just rented out the 20 watt version and am impressed, but I want to try the 40 watt version out also.Rock ON!

Seriously though, why are the cleans not completely clean?

i wonder why such small speakers. If I was the engineer I would have put in 2- 8 inch speakers. That would totally blown most of the competition right out of the water.

I have this same model of Squier fmt and its amazing. Better build quality than my MIM Fender sad to say as its half the price.
