there were only five chapters that this series adapted from, so what you expect. However we are getting a second season so that's good and who knows this might become a series

You should really try bleach. It has a certain age,so it may loom a bit outdated. If you are going with the anime, skip Bounto saga 100% and other fillers if you want, but there are some cool fillers.
