I think as we’re coming closer to the end of the year everything is finally sinking in and we’re realising how much our lives have changed because of everything that’s gone on ! Feeling exactly the same tbh, It's such a strange time and feel like im living my life on auto pilot or something. It's also the fact we don't know when things are going to be ok again and go back to how they were. Like we don't have a time frame to aim towards and look forward too we just kind of have to get by and it's hard seeing the days pass by:( You're definitely not alone girl! Xx

I feel you! I had my first baby during the lockdown and although it’s amazing it’s also so frustrating that it’s not the experience it is supposed to be and sometime I feel really isolated by the lack of support I have both professionally and from not being able to be with family 😩 I’ve had one or two days where I’ve sat and cried but I pick myself back up again afterward and carry on because I don’t really have a choice! Here’s to the two of us and everyone else looking forward to brighter days ❤️

Emily I feel you - I’ve been back at uni for just over a month now and I have had anxiety the likes of which I have never experienced before. Its even gotten to the point where I have to speak to people in uni well-being about, something which I never thought I would ever need to do. I literally can’t focus very much at the minute either due to feeling anxious quite considerably a lot of the time. The world we are living in is so scary at the minute but we’re all in this together. I just can’t wait for the day when this crazy rollercoaster slows down and stops and we can get off and normality resumes. Stay strong and stay positive - there will come a day when this horrible horrible situation will pass xxx

I think its really sad that even when your opening up about not feeling ok you have to still try and remain positive because your life is watched by so many!! Its ok not to feel yourself and have rhese days but i find it really upsetting you can't just have time to fix yourself without having to worry about your absence. Your human take the time you need to feel as good as you can in this strange world we live in right now :(
