I just want to recognize your taste in music. It's perfect for your videos, and also really unique from what else I have heard. It's a serious task to sort through thousands of generic stock songs to find the few gems with true character. And then making sure those gems actually gel with the tone of the video. You absolutely nail it, Flow. Every track has its own identity that delineates the chapters of the video and makes it feel more like more like a storied adventure than merely a Minecraft Let's Play. The soft, slow, whistling strings in the beginning - one of my favorite tracks - is iconic and sets the cinematic, calming tone that is so unique to your work. I admire your craftsmanship.
Please make this world kind if in the 1700s Trains, wood cabins, mines, old looking houses Basically no modern things except the ones includes in the create mod
1:36:01 i love philsophical conversations like this one. One of the main reasons i love always watching your long form content because you have the time and space to explore other thoughts than just fast paced Minecraft
I only recently found this channel and a lot of your long-play videos have been very cozy to watch compared to other creators in the space, a welcome breath of fresh air. I’d love to see you do a video where you focused on the Nether, perhaps starting there and/or otherwise choosing to mainly base there. It could be an interesting change of pace from MC’s typical progression, and would give you the opportunity to engage more deeply with the Nether mods you have installed. It could provide some unique building opportunities with blocks and locations you otherwise don’t have as regular access to too!
flow i fw u so heavy you dont even know, the long videos hit the spot they're amazing to watch and/or have playing in the background when im doing stuff, its great. keep up the awesome work i genuinely love everything u post THANK YOU!!!
The pots you can make from the shards are both decorative and somewhat functional. It stores stuff, but only 1 type of item (e.g. put an emerald in it and you can only fill it up with emeralds.) and you have to break it to get to the items. It also works as a large 'flower pot' because you can put the regular flower pot on top of it.
Also, yeah, anything that can be processed can be used in a factory. Cobblestone is the base for most factories, but you can also do farmers delight stuff, cooking meats and growing crops etc
29:25 you were taking damage from the bleeding wound, that's something I also didn't expect to happen in Minecraft, but it's a thing in your modpack :D
i found your content maybe a month or so ago and its such a gem. everything nowadays is super short and snappy to accommodate younger attention spans so having longer videos with cinematic editing and actual down-to-earth conversation is incredibly soothing. its a tight-knit and cozy little community here
Create mod has a built in learning system, hold W over any item in the JEI menu and it will give you a easy tutorial on how to use it, combining create with farmers delight to automate foods is also a really good goal
So it’s been 2 mins since this video dropped and since I haven’t seen the video, I just hope that it is good enough for you guys, because I know that it is good enough for me :>. Thank you Flow for being such a goated RU-vidr.
I don't know why but when ever I watch you videos I feel really peaceful. You're videos are really calming and relaxing. It kinda feels like a therapy session. Keep up the good work. appreciate your vids a lot.
Dawg if you just had a chill terraria playthrough I and many people would watch the crap outta that, theirs a severe lack of relaxed terraria content on youtube and you could fill that void, it does NOT need to be 117 days format.
you and lukethenotable are like the only super good minecraft youtubers you should definitely continue with the terraria idea it doesn’t have to be 117 days it could definitely be a let’s play or a long video like this one.
You should add storage drawers, as it makes storing large (or small) quantities of items easier than using the hopper system of vanilla minecraft It also pairs very well with Create
Your videos are actually a form of therapy to me. I'm at a point in my life where I am always looking for something to make me smile and your videos have been exatly what I have been searching for. Thank you so much, sincearly. Keep on making these videos and my faith in humanity may be restored just a little. PS, I would really like to know what kind of modpack you are using so that I can play it myself.
I absolutely love your content, man. Whether its the creative building or survival stuff.... I love your build style btw. its so.. disorganized? in like a super charming way. everything just flows together so well, and its so inspiring.
To tell the time of day in Terraria, you just have to make a watch. All you need are a few gold or platinum bars and some chains. Keep it in your inventory, it'll show the time of day/night right below your map.
I just wanna say I absolutely love this channel, the chill relaxed vibe is such a good change of pace compared to the rest of todays hyperactive and fast paste content. Also love hearing your little rants I’m around the same age as you in my early 20s so it allows me to get other people’s perspective at life and that’s how we grow, learning and listening to others
i had an idea, no need to take this advise but what if you went to a trail in the forest or something, recorded it and just share thoughts that go through your mind or pick a topic, one it would be something different for the channel, two i think it would be perfect for those who just put you on for some background thoughts (like i do) i do hope you consider this even if it is just two points/reasons to do it but i think it would be something more than just me would enjoy. (ps. i love the longer videos
Same thing happened to me flow. When I started working out my hunger went through the roof. Its a good and a bad thing depending on your goals. For me it was a good thing because one of my goals is to gain weight/muscle. Love the vids and talks during, keep it up!
I personally loved the vhs look on the zombie video! It was definitely a different aesthetic to your usual stuff but I thought it really added to the whole vibe of the video :)
You popped up on my feed and I clicked on Ur video and was unsure if I wanted to watch it all the way through and I heard Ur voice and it was like one of the most calming things I've ever heard and I also enjoy you freely talking while playing MC it's js nice
When it comes to actually getting yourself in the gym, im in the same boat as you where outside factors cause me to not be able to go, and then when I finally can I don't want to anymore. You eventually get to a point where it's just part of your day/routine and it's not even a question of whether or not you are gonna go to the gym. You just gotta stay conistent and be disciplined.
I, too, never rlly understood the hopper self sorting stuff. Like how your things get sorted in the hopper and then floats along the water tube system to its designated storage😮
basically, you put single items in the chest (ie, fill a chest with a stack of one piece of wood), and the items will be carried by the water and into the hoppers where it'll stack with the other items instead of just dropping in whatever chest!
Probably one of my favorite Minecraft creator cuz he uses mods that I really want/like and he doesn’t usually make op farms so it’s actually easy to keep up with
Regarding a future playthrough with industrial mods and stuff, maybe give Create Chronicles: Bosses and Beyond (Shortening to CC:BB from now on). In this video you have LevelZ as an RPG element and mention how you would like to experiment with Create. In CC:BB it has both an RPG focus and an automation / industrial focus as well as having new structures and bosses and dimensions. The modpack isn't as popular as others, and I don't really know why that is but if you find yourself wishing for a modpack that has both automation AND rpg exploration then I think it's one of the best on the market. Also has a pretty good quest book with good guides and goals to act as a sign post on where or what to do.
