A friend from Italy showed me this recipe. The best chocolate cake I've ever eaten! I showed all my friends how to make the fastest chocolate cake!
► Recipe and ingredients:
80 g sugar
70 g cocoa
15 g agar-agar
500 ml milk
500 ml cream (30-36%)
Whipped cream: 500 ml
85 g dark chocolate
After boiling, let it cook for about 2 minutes
Cover and let cool to room temperature, then it can be chilled in the refrigerator as desired
5 g gelatine, 30 ml water
160 g dark chocolate
100 ml cream 30%
Heat until the chocolate melts
Add melted gelatin
Decorate the dessert
The dessert is very delicious with a distinct chocolate and creamy taste!

300 g chocolate (100 g milk chocolate, 200 g dark chocolate)
400 g condensed milk
Bring to the boil, cook for 2-4 minutes over very low heat, stirring constantly
Allow to cool and place in the fridge for 3-6 hours
