• 2 tbsp cornstarch
• Pepper, black, to taste
• 1 onion
• 1 red bell pepper
• 1 green bell pepper
• 2 stalks spring onions.
Potatoes:
• 800 g potatoes (about 1.75 pounds)

• 2 tsp garlic powder
• 2 tsp sweet paprika
Olive oil
• Black pepper, to taste
