Ingredients and recipe:
Recipe 1:
- Warm water 120 ml (1 glass)
- Warm milk 120 ml (1 glass)
- Yeast 4 g (1 tsp)
- Sugar 3 tbsp.
- Vanilla sugar 1/2 tsp.
- Egg 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil 60 ml (4 tbsp)
1. Stir until all ingredients are dissolved
- Salt 1/2 tsp.
- Flour 500-550 g (add in parts)
2. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1-2 minutes
3. Knead the dough on the table for 4-5 minutes
4. The dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands.
5. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil
6. Cover with a towel and leave for 45-50 minutes
7. Dough weight 850 g.
8. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts
9. Roll them into a ball and place them on baking paper
10. Cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes
11. For the filling I used grated apples with cinnamon and lemon juice, and flaked almonds
12. And this trick is incredible!
13. Place the dough ball in a sieve and press lightly with your hands.
14. Roll out with a rolling pin
15. Spread the apple filling and flaked almonds on top
16. Seal the edges all around so that the filling stays inside
17. Roll out the flatbread a little with a rolling pin
18. Turn the strainer over and press down
19. Sprinkle cocoa on top and remove sieve
20. It turns out a very beautiful dot pattern.

23. Using your hands, form a small circle of dough on a board or table.
24. Place the filling and seal the edges all around
25. Roll out with a rolling pin and press down with a sieve.
26. Sprinkle cocoa on top and remove sieve

28. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 20-25 minutes

- Warm milk 300 ml
- Dry yeast 7 g (2 tsp)
- Sugar 3 tbsp.
- Yoghurt 1 tbsp.
- Salt 1/2 tsp.
- Egg 1 pc.
1. Mix all ingredients with a whisk
- All-purpose wheat flour 720-750 g (add in parts)
- Melted butter 70 g (5 tbsp)
2. Mix all ingredients with a spatula
3. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1-2 minutes
4. Place the dough on the table
5. Knead for 4-5 minutes, the dough should become smooth and not stick to your hands.
6. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil
7. Place the dough in a bowl and let it rise for 45-50 minutes.
8. The dough has risen well, look how nice and fluffy it is
9. Dough weight 1028 g.
10. Divide the dough into 12 equal parts
11. Roll them into a ball
12. Place each ball on baking paper
13. Cover with a towel and let stand for 10 minutes
14. The dough has risen a little, you can work with it
15. Roll out the dough into a circle
16. Cut the dough into pieces, repeat after me
17. Each subsequent piece should be smaller than the previous one.
18. Layer one on top of the other
19. Press down with a chopstick
20. Secure the edges as in the video
21. Place on baking paper
22. Do the same with the remaining pieces of dough
