Thank you Leslie for gifting this beautiful pattern. I’m following your podcast from Luxembourg but lived in Portugal for a few years… enjoy this beautiful country and Portuguese people. They are so humble and so friendly. Don’t miss the wool industry in the north of the country, if you can. You should be around the north if you’re hiking from Portugal to Spain… and one more detail, the laundries are very very very rare in Portugal. Don’t count too much on it. Have a wonderful trip to Portugal and Spain with Libby. When I was at Rosa Pomar in Lisbon, I spoke to a a woman buying some yarn to knit socks or a hat, she and her daughter had just finished hiking a portion of the Camino and she was eager to start another little project. Leslie, Thank you so much for sharing your lovely shrug pattern with your channel subscribers. I have been hoping to find a shrug pattern that is basic with a good yarn recommendation, and here it is! I love how shrugs keep your upper body warm but you still have full use of your arms and hands. Have a wonderful pilgrimage on The Camino. Shirley MacLaine has written a book about her experience walking that pilgrimage, titled "The Camino".
