Hello everyone, my name is Julie and on Thrilled Thrifter you will find that I absolutely love thrift shopping.(Especially for home decor!) I want to share all things thrift here on my channel to teach you how to go thrifting for your home, family and friends. {I'm not a reseller!} I mostly thrift at Goodwill, yard/garage sales, FB marketplace, antique stores, estate sales and so many other local thrift stores. I believe you can make your home beautiful on a thrifty budget! I will take you on so many thrift with me shopping trips, share my thrift hauls and almost always show you how to use thrift finds in your home. I post every Friday and sometimes on Tuesday. Fu nny, Honey when I first saw the Nativity set I thought it was slightly tacky with the bottom edges. When you removed it it looked great! What a good eye you have for design! Thanks, Marcie from Oregon

Julie, you found so many beautiful items. Those afghans were gorgeous! Then that little white bowl with the lid, perfect for a tree just like you did. Now, my most favorite item, that beautiful wreath!!! Those are soooo expensive, so you did fantastic. I tell you, your thrift stores have so much more things and so much nicer. You'd have thought I was crazy if you could actually hear me going on and on about those beautiful afghans. I love dainty feminine throws like them. Also, I had to laugh when you panned away from where you placed the wreath on the wall. If you get a chance, watch it back and look how it looks like a person with a face in the middle of it and the lampshade looks like from the neck down it's wearing a dress. It was positioned in the perfect spot. Lol.

Yay, a Julie video, just what I needed after a difficult week! Those flameless candle sets can be very pricey so that was a great price as I use them in my primitive style home. That Goodwill had some awesome things and love the treasures you found. I love the old weathered peg rack🤎🤎. I have several with old wisk brooms, old bonnets, vintage children’s clothes and herbs/flowers that I dry from my gardens. I LOVE the afghans, great find! Debby, New York

Hello Julie. All the items you bought are beautiful. My favorite was the green basket. Today our daughter wanted to go to Target to buy a Gorgi cup she saw on the flyer. She bought it and other Christmas decoration to decorate her bedroom for Christmas. I bought 3 Christmas branches to decorate our Christmas tree. She even found a $5.00-dollar Fire station and it has a light inside. The only one left. It was waiting for me 🥰🥰 It will be part of my Christmas village. Good night. Blessings.

Hi Julie! I've got a clock just like that in my craft room. I like to decorate for the season too, except for Christmas (then I go Christmas crazy lol). *Julie, I would have purchased the oak jewelry box with the beautiful midnight blue lining❣️💙 😍 It was SO pretty...swoon‼️🤎🥰* *My favorite item you bought was the ironstone Nativity Set. I really liked the silver metal trim because it was so unique and different, so I was a little disappointed when you said you were removing that - but I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN (and TRUSTED YOUR JUDGEMENT) when you said it looked cheap and the trim HAD TO GO‼️ My jaw HIT THE FLOOR when I saw how ABSOLUTELY STUNNING THE NATIVITY SET WAS with the crazing next to the stained, wooden Christmas trees with their simple lines❣️🥰 Such understated elegance and reverence for the birth of our Lord, Jesus Christ❣️💜☝️ ✝️ My 2nd favorites are the crocheted blankets. 😉🎍🎄*

The Afghans are beautiful. The natural wreath looks perfect on that brick wall. If you wanted to jazz it up for Christmas you could just add a few red berries. You have such great finds and prices at your thrift stores

Hi Julie! I know exactly what you mean about decorating for Christmas without screaming Christmas. I would have grabbed that green basket in a heartbeat. You can always buy inexpensive baskets at the Goodwill and paint them. As far as the peg rack, they don’t make things like they used to.

I decorate with turkeys just like pumpkins! It is all the ‘thankful season’ at our house and we love the idea of using our abundance to decorate with. I have a large off white and gold turkey that sits in a bowl brimming with fall leaves and flowers and it’s my favorite thing! I call him my ‘glam turkey’!😂
