Korean calls Hwei (=Sasimi)~live fish from market to table~ It doesn't get any fresher than that! Hwei served with dipping Chogochujang dipping sources wrapped in red leaf lettuce or perilla leaves, so yummy.

We stayed at the Shilla Stay at Haeundae beach. Definitely a fun vibrant area with lots within walking distance or short subway ride
