Such a amazing unboxing for a small channel like this, I bought this about a week ago and excited for it to be here, even tho it's just a flashlight. I do hate that the silicon cover gets squshed when the cable is plugged into the flashlight, but yeah can't complain for a very well built affordable flashlight. But yeah amazing review.

None of my USB C cords will fit inside the recessed charge port... how is this on the V3? Sucks that I can only use the cable it came with. 😕

To bad it only charges with the original cable. Tried like 10 other cables, no luck. 1 kinda worked, but really had to keep pushing it. The USB C is great, but the port is a major flaw. I usually have a powerbank with me and cable to charge phone, but need to bring the original cable now always just to be able to charge it.

Hi I have the V3 Didn't want to charge with a Samsung 65W charger. Tried a Huawei and Xiaomi charger. Both worked fine.

Great presentation, and very well-thought conclusions, thanks! I think I'll buy it regardless of the cons. It has all the features I need for a small but rather powerful EDC light at this price range. I only wish the case was from some kind of metal (aluminium or magnesium), but I guess it would greatly increase its weight and price ;)

Looks like a nice handy flashlight. But it keeps amazing me that 90% of the flashlights dont output the lumen they say. 696 out of 1000 is pretty bad, but guess its enough for what i use it for. But beside that its a scam it looks like a nice device.

In terms of reliability, do i go with this cost efficient flashlight at this size or would a higher brand like Nitecore, Olight be recommended/preferred? I don't want my lights to burn out in a few weeks nor my battery dying out.

@@VinnyUnion im really happy with it. But it doesn't output the promised lumen (but it's really bright for its size). And most cables won't work. But great for it's size and price

@@jordykroeze yea the brightness output is definitely not an issue when you're looking for something reasonably priced + performance. So, ye. The one i'm currently consdering to buy is the "Nitecore TIP SE" it is a practically similar form factor. Has technically less lumens but more consistent i think. Overall more intelligent with the battery discharge optimization. But it does practically what this flashlight does. I like the "RGB" or the SoS mode on this one though. I'll be using one of these to strap it on a drone and convert it into a hopefully work machine. The Nitecore weighs only 28g or 7oz (i think in US?) which is perfectly light to carry for any quadcopters.

I am more worried if it didn't get hot, especially when majority of its body is not made of metal. Our video @1:28 has already mentioned that two clicks are needed to switch the light ON. This is most likely a safety feature to prevent accidental trigger.

Thank for being the first personal to point this out. There is no Green LED in the AUX LED group, but there is indeed a bright green indicator light right above 😅. Anyway, I have already made a correction to our title.

@@1thedeals oh - there happens to be a misunderstanding, I was referring to the trendy saying of the Razer brand. They've released like RGB chairs, RGB headphones, RGB toaster ( I think?) Ohh and RGB covi Mask!! They actually did release that. And kids would go like "did you just say rgb?" - the original joke is that RGB make you a better gamer, like improving your fps and whatnot, lol
