A Gem of a State Park!

Golden and Silver Falls State Park is located approximately 24 miles from Coos Bay, OR, at the end of a long country road. The beautiful valley drive is almost as scenic as the rewards at the end! Short hikes from the parking area will get you to amazing viewpoints and a little less than a mile trek will take you to the top of Golden for a look down as it cascades to it’s rocky terminus.

Oh what I would give to be able to explore and travel like this 🥹 so very beautiful!! My dad never liked and still doesn’t like doing a whole lot of anything so it was always my mom taking my brother and I places, bless her heart with 5 crazy kids in a van 😂 I definitely want to buy a camper and travel everywhere when I’m retired.
