Theory: at the moment Haley told scott she was going to achieve everything on the list she got herself on a Shrodinger box, an uncertainty that will not be cleared until the box is opened, in this case, when everything on the list is done, until then both universes will exist as equal possibilities, a universe where she did everything on the list and other where the list remains incomplete. If thats the case, the chaos bots might be sended from the bad timeline by herself to stop her from kissing Scott, maybe just because she's affraid of what could be if she does it, and maybe because she knows that when everything on the list is done her universe will no longer exist. P.D: it would be Fkd up if they do the "everything was just a dream " but it could be possible since we saw on the first episode how she has the habit of overthinking everything and imagining the worst case scenario.
