I couldn't agree more - Feng Teng never pushed that arrogant, childish, scheming, Li Shu away. And he could've turned his head so the kiss didn't land on his lips. Why didn't he yell at her the way he did when he found out that Li Shu called herself "Mrs. Teng"? And yell at her in front of ShanShan. I absolutely stand by ShanShan in this. NONE of the family did a thing to stop Li Shu, and neither did Feng Teng. ShanShan had every right to be jealous & to feel insecure with Feng Teng. He said the words, but he never SHOWED her, especially in front of his family & Li Shu, how he only loved ShanShan. Words don't mean much if the actions aren't there to back the words up. I felt so sorry for ShanShan - she'd put up with so much, with being belittled time & time again by the arrogant Li Shu, with a man who doesn't think she is important enough to defend her against those who mistreat her, with fighting so hard to stay with Feng Teng despite all of Li Shu's viciousness, and believing in Feng Teng when he rarely demonstrated that he liked her at all. Being stoic is one thing - being cruel in that stoicism is another. ShanShan should have been with Zheng Qi, anyway. He TRULY appreciated her and made her laugh and believe in herself.
He sure didn't reject the kiss or push her away, did he? And the whole family knew of her obsession with him and they coddled to her. I don't blame her one bit for letting them have it and leaving. They'd never see me again....but then fate has its way, doesn't it?

wipe her tears like that knowing her feelings toward him? Him, knowing that her girlfriend is in the house and yet allowed her to get near and kiss him, i'd have my doubts, too and leave. Oh, yes. it was him who went near her. The girl is good in transferring the fault and guilt to Shanshan. Oh, wow! They all justified the girl's action ..
