Every culture and religion puts a great emphasis on gratitude.
In positive psychology, practicing gratitude, has been immensely popularized.
Should you practice gratitude because the it’s the "in thing" to do? or that science tells you?
No, the only reason you could practice gratitude is for yourself. For your happiness. For you well being.
For enhancing the ability to extract joy from your reality.
Because every moment has in it the potential of learning, and of extracting what you would like and leaving the rest.
