A Glorious Day For Cycling In Cornwall 

I'm on holiday in my favourite place, Cornwall.
This is the last day of our two week holiday and it's a perfect day for one last morning ride in the beautiful Cornish countryside.
And as with all of my morning rides, I end it at the best Coffee Shop in Cornwall, SALTD, for a coffee and one of their superb Almond Croissants.
Along the way, I come across David Martin from Belfast, who at the age of 72, is on day two of his ride from Land's End to John O'Groats, it was brilliant to meet and have a chat with him.
