In the last 3 months I went from knowing nothing about triathlon to signing up for my first race and getting stoked - in part because of this guy. Thanks, man and good luck in Kona. You'll crush it.

There’s something about triathlon the competition that is 90% with yourself and your time and only about 10% in beating others. The true triathletes realize that and know the sufferings needed to do well at this sport. In that vein you really only end up with a lot of respect for your competitors. Nicely Canadian as well. Impressive guys.

I was due to complete my first 3 triathlons over the past 2 months but have had to cancel all training due to a heart problem. Operation tomorrow, and I’ll be re-watching all these motivational videos to get me back on track. Love you @Lionel sanders. Keep motivating, keep training and you will get your rewards. Good luck for the big island.

The way you now look on the bike and run in this video is amazing. You move so much more freely which means less wasted energy. You are moving more efficiently and clearly not 'muscling' your way through it now. I have had the same kind of improvements over the last year and I relate to how good it feels. Love your work mate. Can't wait for Kona.
