A Good Day at Ironman Mont Tremblant 

In the last 3 months I went from knowing nothing about triathlon to signing up for my first race and getting stoked - in part because of this guy. Thanks, man and good luck in Kona. You'll crush it.

I was due to complete my first 3 triathlons over the past 2 months but have had to cancel all training due to a heart problem. Operation tomorrow, and I’ll be re-watching all these motivational videos to get me back on track. Love you @Lionel sanders. Keep motivating, keep training and you will get your rewards. The way you now look on the bike and run in this video is amazing. You move so much more freely which means less wasted energy. You are moving more efficiently and clearly not 'muscling' your way through it now. I have had the same kind of improvements over the last year and I relate to how good it feels. Love your work mate. forever my fav. i got into the sport to distract me from the fact that i was getting sober. i stayed because i found myself 18 miles into the marathon of an ironman. from one sober athlete to another thanks for always inspiring me to dig deeper. best of luck in kona maybe one day ill make it there, either way who i am in this sport is who i was born to be
