St Valentines Day Massacre and Royal Rumble 1999 were the first 2 ppvs I remember watching when I got back into wrestling. Think thats why I love the Mankind vs Rock fued so much.

The Kane picture being the same is pretty funny but almost even more funny that one of them mentioned but they didn’t really focus on was the HHH picture on that poster being the same as an earlier one just mirrored 😂. At least that’s what I’m seeing with it.

The blood wasn't owens it was from the brood giving i believe matt Hardy a blood bath, Also Rebellion had four PPV's in from 1999 to 2002, Edios Interactive was also a old video game company that made games like Tomb Raider, Gecko etc

I would hazard a guess that the shield in the Armageddon poster has to with with Mayan calendars, which were round, mixed with some type of medieval iconography.

The 'Shield' in the Armageddon poster is the Mayan Calendar. Several false interpretations led MANY people to believe that it predicted the end of the world(ie, Armageddon), because the years on the calendar 'stopped' at 2012. Remember the, "The World is Ending in 2012!!" craze from like 2009-2012?, _that_ is what caused it.

25 years later and it remains absolutely insane that Over the Edge continued. In fact, the further away in time it is, the more horrible it is. Vince’s comments during the Netflix doc were those of an absolute sociopath.

There were actually two 'No Mercy' events in 1999. One regular (I think in Cleveland) and one in Manchester. The UK one was kinda lackluster 😂 but it was exciting as a hardcore fan from Ireland, watching it on PPV Live! It was the Attitude Era so everything was just awesome even if it sucked 😂

Can we make this a series with this being episode one please, we want more of Sophia 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾 #TeamJohn

On the Armageddon poster. Taker was originally meant to comeback from injury around this time but suffered another injury working a house show around this time. So his return got pushed back but they had already created the poster for the show and it was too late to change it. He did comeback at Judgement Day 2000 in the stupidest way possible at the end of the main event 60 minute iron match which was so botched you had the heel Jerry saying the rock the face got screwed while JR the face towed the company line with what should of happened and HHH the heel winning the belt
