Approaching Niagara Falls, the excitement builds. From our vantage point, we see the mist rising from the falls long before we reach them. Circling over the falls, we get an unparalleled view of the roaring water cascading down, a breathtaking sight that few get to experience from the air.
After landing at Niagara Falls Airport KIAG, we took a short drive to the falls. Up close, the power and majesty of the water are even more impressive. We took Maid of the Mist boat tour to get closer to the falls or explore the surrounding parklands.
In the early eveining, we head back to the airport for the return flight. As we took off, the setting sun casts a golden glow over the landscape. We decided to do some cloud surfing on the way back, gliding through the fluffy clouds with the sun setting in the background. It's a surreal and peaceful experience, a perfect end to a fantastic day.
