It is now 2022. DeVille is in a category of its own and not part of the Seamaster line. The Tresor is a subset of the DeVille line. I dont think it was ever part of the Seamaster line.

Yes I agree it is a classic design. I am wearing the Original. I am wearing 1949 18k rose gold Omega Tresor. It has a black face. It is a manual 17 jewel 36mm watch. This 73 old watch came out of an old collection from Isreal. It is in beautiful fully operational condition. It is accurate and wound every day. It is the top of my Omega vintage watch collection. My watches start from 1934 to 1973. Omega vintage watches are solid watches. As i look down and see my Omega Tresor, I know I have a classic watch!

@David Topchiev you're correct that the current model does not fall under the Seamaster line it's vintage counterpart from the 60's did.

@David Topchiev I always wanted the Trésor in WG but I couldn't justify 15k.....thats almost Calatrava money! Watchbox has a pre-owned SS one listed for $4950 but I saw a mint WG Trésor for sale on The Rolex Forum for a ridiculously low price so I jumped on it. I'm like you in that I hardly dress up formally but like I said this price was so low that I couldn't pass it up especially after waiting 6 years! Congratulations on the new watch and I'm curious what is the reference # for the watch you purchased?

To be frank - that's like saying that an Aston Martin looks like a mini metro. I'm guessing whoever made that comment above owns the Tissot and not the Omega. If you are considering this watch and have got this far rest assured it's a truly beautiful piece.
