A GREAT WAY TO WELCOME AIRBNB GUESTS!! 

This is really helpful thank you! My husband and I are getting ready to open our first Airbnb this summer. Helpful tip for the owner of this listing. I graduated from the school of the art institute of Chicago, and every year during the holidays the school opens up for an art sale. You can buy high-end looking art from the students at a lower price. Also you might be able to talk some of the students into showing their art in your house and putting a price tag under it. Helping you decorate for free and then getting a little income.

And yes, I believe I was your first and second ever order for Short Term Products and they do indeed dry much faster. Although what I've started to do is I actually just went ahead and bought doubles of everything so I don't have to wait for the wash at all for a same day turnover. Thank you for the critique and we totally agree with everything and well begin making those adjustments. I've written you before and definitely have to thank you again for these videos and everything you're doing because it's the primary reason why we've been able to operate so well from the beginning. This has completely changed our direction in life as we are already trying to now acquire more properties and hopefully be as successful as you are in Airbnb! You are so gracious in your critiques! I love the "soft touch" you use when you give advice. We are buying a mountain home in a tourist area soon and will dedicate the lowest level to a short term rental suite. I'm excited about the future and am learning so much by watching your videos. It's great that you would take the time to do a review like this. I am, as I see in the comments, that the owner really appreciated it too. It's good for people to see how a successful host puts it all together. I have three long term rental homes (2 with basement suites). I was thinking about turning one of the basements into an ABnB to test the waters, but I would like to hear your thoughts on that. Thanks from a potential host.

Just "two minutes to take a photo", well only sometimes. A lot of time goes into prep', framing, organizing, lighting, etc. Once you're good to go, good to shoot those photos, yeah, it goes fast, but the prep time can be up to an hour or more.

Hey Richard, If you could use software that adds and takes away things from the space it would be much more intetesting

I think that they could have nicer hanging curtains that are ceiling to floor. That would make the room feel larger without making it look cheap.

That’s a good idea about having local magazines in the shot. The bed needs a pop of color. I agree about the bedroom paint color. Great suggestions!

I would NOT stay at that airbnb. It could be so nice but it is neither charming or cozy. It needs a lot more stylish touches and coukd be so nice !
