This girl looks so lovely and cute with her natural nose. Yes, it's not what we would call a "traditionally beautiful" nose, but must we all look like clones? It's so creepy to put a sweet girl like this on a chair and make her face a different version of herself for a "wow" from the audience. Imagine what it could do to her head. Even successful cosmetic procedures look different than predicted & deteriorate over time. They are great for major deformities or reconstructive surgery, but anything smaller is suspect. You wouldn't use a car to move 5 feet.
