Base game if you fill an auger wagon with wheat and position the pipe over the feed trough, it'll auto-feed, you just have to occasionally refill the auger
Thanks for the tutorials. I hope you keep doing them for all the games activities. You explain things well. I've learned a lot from your videos. Ty sir.
Farmer cop you got me right in the heart when you said you're not that good at math. I think you did fine. Thank you for making all these videos, they're incredibly well made and you seem really nice
I wish I would have known about Framer Cop when I first started FS. My first time trying chicken was so rough. I had no clue how you transport the egg. Once I got the egg collected (By hand) I then got hit by the train and my eggs went EVERYWHERE! While trying to pick them all back up the ones I hadn't got to yet just kept getting hit by the train over and over again. My dad couldn't stop laughing about it. Still to this day have not tried having chicken again.
collect eggs super fast change time to 120x then pick up egg boxes as fast as you can i filled the Ute in second's then change time back to normal lol.
Very helpful video. I just bought Farm Sim 19 and Steam has it on sale with their big summer sale until July 8. In your opinion which animals are the most profitable and fun to raise for the time and "hassle" involved / for lack of better words . I have heard the horses are the most profitable and don't require a lot of cost to work with or hassle. I like pigs once they are up to speed as they reproduce quickly. Cows are a lot of work but fun except for cleaning up the spillage in the food trough. I have done all the animals in Farm Sim 17. Before, chickens were more for decoration than real farming IMO.
Horses IF you are on PC and can use the horse helper mod as part of Global Company that rides them for a fee every day, if not then sheep I would say are easiest, just need hay or grass and they produce wool which can be sold for a decent profit, though the production is slower and reproduction is slower as well
@@FarmerCop Thank You. I like animals that are quite profitable for the time I spend working with them. I would not have thought about sheep but in Farm 19 vs 17 maybe they are better. I don't use auto mods but would rather do larger harvesting missions which are quite profitable and you get to run larger expensive equipment sooner than you can buy them.
Also In the wiki it said in order to keep chickens at the most productive rate you gotta keep the eggs picked up because if the are fills up to max compasity there egg laying raise resets and has to build back up to full rate so its very important to keep the pen clean and eggs picked up at all time also its best to stick with one color type as other colors won't breed together
Hey, U do have some senior fans who have the time to play the game, but we are abit slow with every thing . Do u think U could talk a little slower so we could follow along ?
Yes, any degree will help out, something different than criminal justice wont hurt but does not matter a whole lot :) And the biggest thing to do, work for a department that CARES about their officers, I am fortunate to work for one of the few that do that well. Remember as well that high pay is not worth it when it comes to working for a poor department.
To any sell point that takes them, look in the main menu at the sell points, scroll across to eggs and you should be able to find a sell point that takes them
Hi Farmer Cop Good tutorial as per usual it's always good to put things out like this about the game I fine in my past experience that the white chooks reproduce the fastest and for cleaning up the animals mess if your interested you can buy for $15 out of the modhub the broom I have this with all my animals except the horses obviously so 1 broom per pen for me there are 2 brooms only get the 1 for the animals it's a lot cheaper than a buying a tractors or a front loaders
@@FarmerCop Well dang. Thanks for the response and the great guide videos. Just started playing the game and I'm watching the Seasons play-through now. Good stuff!
Question for you sir. Following this video I set up my first chicken coop and have started collecting eggs. I've looked into the rates of egg production and understand the mechanism the game uses to 'reset' production down when it can't fit all the eggs in one box. But looking at this mechanic, if a determined player was willing to babysit the coop and clear the egg boxes every fifteen minutes, it should be possible to reach the theoretical maximum production of 150L, or one full box, every 15 minutes. This high rate of production would be stable and require no micromanagement, provided that you don't allow the boxes to accumulate beyond the maximum of 20 that the zone can hold. The question I have is, do you think it worth grinding and investing several days of in game time to achieve this theoretical maximum rate. To clear the box every fifteen minutes I'd have to sacrifice a lot of field work.
Id say to not worry about getting the max and empty it when its full or close to full and focus on field work, that way you make more overall profit :)
Do reproduction times change the more chickens there are? Bought the game couple days ago and got a pen with 2 chickens and will grow the amount of chickens naturally. Ty so much for all the good tutorials, really are helping me find my footing in game
@@FarmerCop I likw gets the green Turquoise eggs 🥚 cause they look so cool If you're interesting what Breed of chickens lays to green Turquoise eggs are Speckled legbar
I play this game on Xbox so how do you load like those big bags of feed or like egg pallets or stuff like that onto a trailer without having to use a forklift or front loader
I found out that it does not work with empty egg pellets for the auto egg loader transporter once the egg crates are full and you pull up with the RO egg loader it automatically loads into the trailer without having to use a forklift or anything so basically it you roll up to the chicken coop with the egg crates there and it will automatically load under the trailer
@@FarmerCop I noticed that on console, on the map, the soil composition and growth Legends are glitched, is that just a console thing or is there a way to fix that?
I have a question regarding the reproduction. Does a chicken duplicate every 50 hours (so 5 chickens in 50 hours become 10) or is a new chicken produced in the pen every 50 hours ( 5 chickens in 50 hours become 6)?
Dear mister farm cop I dowloaded a chicken pen mod in fs 19 where there is also a possibility to get manure But i cannot find out how to get the manure from the chicken in this mod Its a small pen wich can hold up to 400 chicken Do i need another mod to download? Or something else to do??? Anyone???
@@FarmerCop But they have cool feathers, and wake you up in the morning. (Pretty useful, when you go for a 48 hour all weekend Farming game with friends)
I don't know if you would know but I clean my chicken coop constantly and it doesn't update the clean bar in the menu. Is this a bug or am I missing something.
The rate is based on in game hours so the rate will stay the same no matter what but if the time moves faster then they will reproduce faster as time is going faster
@farmer cop you made a video about top mods for chickens (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-od5PxxAXx3g.html), but haven't put it in the description yet...
