Thanks a lot Steve for understanding how much time were spent to make this video!! About the video editing, yeah! I like to edit my videos more detailed and precise than making them silly and cartoonish. But people may not find the efforts put into these types of editing because of the lack of silly cartoonish inserts (which serve no purpose to the videos!!). Still, I like to keep my videos more of a "Show, Don't tell" type of videos!

If we play the mission in order to get plague heart supply drop, then changing the leader to i.e builder or trader to get their legacy boons before destroying all plague hearts. Do we still able to get their legacy mission after destroying all hearts? Thank you
if you set your difficulty (i forget which slider, probably community?) to lethal, pull rucks out of storage, put them in trunks of parked cars, then switch to green, & deposit them, you get more resources back without ever leaving your base. you can keep repeating this forever to get as much as you want
Hey cool! Here is one for you. The stranded soldier quest. Once you retrieve the weapon for them. Don't talk to anyone an exit game to me u. Reload, quest starts back over. Repeat as much as needed great weapons too, for influence or just ammo!
I use the trade depot with a trade leader to summon traders. For example if you have the rifle ammo press with a character with munitions you can make 365 influence per call (-100 influence to call the trader, -525 influence for 3 ammo rucksacks (18 ammo), 5.56 uses 2 ammo resource to make 55 bullets that sell at 2 influence each. for 18 ammo / 2 * 55 bullets * 2 sales price equal 990 influence).
Use the RT infinite trader trick from this video to buy ammo and convert the ammunition to parts and sell those parts. You will earn a lot more much faster.
Dinnerbell sieges are great when combined with the Haven device since is totally free influence without risk. Also great to know of the way to farm materials at Cascade Hills!
There is a quest where an military enclave ask you to retrieve a gun, once you go to it's location and loot it, restart the game to take the same gun. The ethernal guard rifles can appear in this quest, I managed to get 12. It was working several months ago, but I haven't been able to confirm if it's still working now. Great video by the way 😁
I noticed when you abandon a outpost you recive more influence then you spent. But i also noticed this extra influence sometimes bugs when your trying to set up a new outpost as "requirements not met" i.e 114/100 (the extra 15 in 90 from a 75 outpost doesnt register)
Right now i got 2 stills installed, constantly making beer & whiskey. And i got 3 ammo outposts and a person with +2 ammo. So I'm selling my goods for cool weapons and rutsacks. And i have the biolab outposts so i trade for meds and make Plague cures. I'm trying to get huge surplus of ammo so i can switch to lethal and bring the war to the zeds. Right now i got 150+ C4 (probably my favorite item, I'm a 90s baby so remote control bombs will never not be cool)and i got 2000 rounds of 7.7 and 1200 5.56, 200+ .50 ,100+ 40mm etc Then im going to trade my community for specialists and use all that ammo
The game is so easy to begin with I don't see the point in utilizing these tricks.... Seems like it would take a lot of the fun out of the game. But if you have a lot of fun doing this definitely do it.
There's a reason why Whitney Field is considered a God Tier Base. Gitgud Fox showed us how to exploit that base with certain character traits. But dude, that staging area trick is what caught me off guard. I never thought that it can stack. And I've doing your tips about the painkiller farming on your 46 tips and tricks video which is really really useful. You always surprise us Rvid! @@normcummins2719 thats why Cascade Hills for me is the place where you can experiment on bases to see all of their potential. You can have a Staging Area outpost for totally free.
I love that handgun you were useing!! I have full auto handguns on every survivor! My one map is done abd I'm just looting everything and leaving rugsacks in a part of my base lol! Trying to recruit few more people so I can send my favorites to legacy !!! Thanks for the tips!!! Also the seige tips, I noticed in the church the survivors were coming down from tower soon as they breach, abd not just 1 all of em. And then they all start climbing back up!!! So I switched bases . When all plague hearts are gonna can I even contract plague? I wanna make a bunch of stacks of cure for legacy but if I can't get anymore samples il focus on that in another map. As I mentioned to you before I'm running all thd maps at standard to max out the survivors!! I have maxxed plumber and pathologist for cure/ plague weapons! The other communities will focus on mecahanics and the other skills!! I heard about the SOD3 is delayed AGAIN.
Watch towers should not be used in SOD2. They are not optimized for combat. I have a video dedicated for this. SOD3 is not delayed. ETA was never revealed in the first place.
@@StateofDecayScience oh I've been seeing random videos from content creators talking about same issues blizzard was having when they merged with activision! But I definitely got that idea from you I saw the video you mentioned, switched bases and now my seiges are over very quickly! I killed all the hearts on my map and infestations but I see they come back! Irs giving me the option to legacy, so should I recruit someone before I legacy a member? If I drop below say 6 and that's my base requirements would I be on a timer? This playthrough I ignored a lot of the enclaves lol! Then bought weapons I wish I didn't!! So I have a few hostile ones that I enjoy luring juggs too!! And the drunk guy died on me after the mission, I guess I never stopped the corn sac for him and when I came back for next quest he was dead? But so my options are limited lol!? I'm looting rest if map while I wait for more enclave / survivor missions to pop up my warlord final mission is also lined up so I'm not sure if the enclaves joining with each other has to do with that or not!! TLDR lol, should I recruit new person first? I think I mentioned before I'm taking 1 survivor from each play through and I have all the maps going!! Since weapons can be salvaged in the supply locker, all the furnaces installed in our base have to be linked to the supply locker so all the furnaces will be used when salvaging. But the weapon remains can only be salvaged in the workshop so only the furnace installed in the workshop will be used.
@@StateofDecayScience Iv done it with weapons not weapon remains. i had 2 installed in workshop and armory. i got same amount of parts with 1 and with 2 installed

What does the "Pre-Legacy Sheriff Missions" mean? Does it mean that if I play with Sheriff legacy boon I won't get those missions? Or what other difference is with Post-Legacy Sheriff Missions?
Yes. Besides M4X2 is a fragile rifle. It will wear 3 times faster despite having high durability. You can test this yourself by fully repairing both and firing same amount of bullets. Then check the wear levels.
I just duplicate all my shit, after this game bugged out and would ONLY take from my medicine when i had a surplus of anything, just as an example i had 330 fuel and it took from my 23 meds...... Make that shit make sense? So i abuse the shit out of this game now, i dont care, cuz the devs dont.... With the new updates the game has been getting worse.... Frame drops, freezing, crashing etc.... all of this has become more frequent...
So undead labs decide to pull out one by one enjoyment from this game? I mean, the parts thing. It's not even an early game thing, you need to put effort to gain access to it frequently, it's like middle/end game thing for one of ways in getting influences, you need to always scavenge and whatnot. Why they're so jealous with how players enjoy the game? then, just give us state of decay 3 already, just stop with this so called "update" "heard the fans request" b*llshit, like outpost traps, they've done that in state of decay 1. Suddenly it's need years to implemented that in sod 2, so people saw it like undead lab heard the fans? What a pretender joke developer. Lmao
