Hard flaccid is your fault?

I do not believe that. I have heard many HFS stories and most first time triggers are not dramatically traumatic compared to other sexual accidents. I'm thinking of complex bad luck or perhaps a pre-existing condition that only needs a slight push to trigger.

I have to pee more often I believe. An it's harder to poop sometimes cause all my functions in my groin area have been ruined by jelqing

@@MackABD look into dynamic contracion technique, they have a course on hf, expensive but people have become fully cured from it when they commited to it.

@Justybow that dct stuff doesn't work, I've tried it before years ago, its all a scam preying on people with hard flaccid. I think my case requires surgery but no doctor was able to figure out what was wrong with Me so no one knows where to start plus I live in the middle of no where 16hr drive away from the closest big city which makes things even more difficult

Hi thought it was hf too, in most of the cases it is fibrosis of the penis (caused by a lesion) and the diagnosis is induratio penis plastica. You can find fibrosis by a simple scan (its the tight part)

@@HelpfixinghfHelpfixinghf This isn't true. The recent research on it, like the paper "Hard Flaccid Syndrome Proposed to Be Secondary to Pathological Activation of a Pelvic/Pudendal-Hypogastric Reflex" says that in most cases it's an issue with sympathetic signaling. The fact that many people with hard flaccid see improvements(even if only slight ones) when taking alpha blockers shows that it is not fibrosis in most cases. I've seen you telling people all over these videos on here that its fibrosis. You're unnecessarily scaring people when it could be something as simple as the pelvic and/or smooth muscles in the region chronically tightening (a process called heightened sympathetic innervation). This can be caused by nervous system disorders like central sensitization (the most common cause IMO), spinal issues, or other things that are sending stress signals between the pelvic/penile area, the spine, nervous system, and brain. SOME may be fibrosis, but the majority of cases I've seen don't fit that profile. In my case, if I drink a lot of alcohol (or take anything that suppresses the nervous system and blunts sympathetic signaling), have done a lot of stretches and pelvic area is fully relaxed (which it rarely is), many of my symptoms improve a bit, even if it comes right back the next day. That's not fibrosis.

Do you also have hfs ? I retracted my foreskin forcefully and for last 5 days i feel like this ,..my penis is hard at flaccid , its only soft and flaccid while i urinate... It's like it's slightly harden when in not erected condition. You can tell by squeeze it just a bit or when you try to bend it with your fingers. if it is firm and don't follow your fingers to bend, it is a hard flaccid.
