W24 is a Korean band that debuted on March 8, 2018 with the song " Always Missing You". Composed of guitarist and leader Kim Yunsu, drummer Kim Jonggil, vocalist Cheong Howon, and keyboard player Park Aaron.
The group name is an abbreviation of 'World 24hours', expressing the band's desire for their music to be heard 24 hours a day around the world .
Achievement :
- W24 won the Focus Award at the Asia Artist Awards in 2018
- Best K - Pop Rookie Award at the 2019 Korea Culture Entertainment Awards.
- 1st Winner and Korean representatives in The Asian Top Band, a project to discover world - class musicians involving 8 Asian countries.
- W24 was selected as the 2021 MUSE ON artist by the Korea Creative Content Agency
