Utilize the screen time limits and down time. Look at your social media usage time and then scale it down using time limits. Also use down time like from 9:45pm to 10am lock out all apps except banking and phone and messages.

Social media isn’t going anywhere. Don’t confuse people showing off on social media with what social media can actually do for you. Especially for brand. Listen to Gary Vaynerchuk on how social media can be used positively for your business. Shouldn’t say to shut down social media completely just because you’re annoyed that others use it to show of flashy cars and stupid shit.

I don’t have IG and haven’t used Facebook in over 10 years I only have Twitter and LinkedIn but weirdly I have just started working for an SMMA. I thought I’d have to set up accounts to help improve my knowledge but as you claim it’s not necessary I feel a bit better and won’t bother

While I do agree that the Agency "Needs You", it's more of a mindset than anything. In reality, there are so many options out there for Clients to choose from that are actually really good and affordable. With that being said, I do think being a specialized agency is key for beginners, however, if you just run FB ads and you are trying to pitch a local business, I think it is extremely valuable if you can talk to them about other aspects of Digital even if you don't offer them as a service. For example, while I do not offer content creation, I do realize that creating contextual content in various formats is an essential part of not only getting leads if you are doing lead gen, but also building brand. The best and hardest thing about Digital Marketing is that you can test so many different things. It's also important that you can communicate this to business owners and create a solid creative plan. It doesn't have to be too in depth if you get the Client to outsource content creation to a local videographer or creative agency, but it would definitely be worth trying to be hands-on in the creative strategy process that way you can observe and learn. Also, if you can give them some content ideas that they can use to increase their organic following, even if you don't manage it for them, I think your perceived value and willingness to help will help you gain trust. It's all about giving value to them with no expectation in return. If you can master reaching out to businesses and genuinely wanting to help without expecting them to go with you, you are unbeatable. End of discussion.

I'm a 14 year old trying to start a SMMA. My dad's a dentist and owns his own practice, so I'm hoping to run ads for him then use it as a case study for finding clients. I'm really lost and am in desperate need of help with this aspect: How do I setup an email sequence that automatically sends timed emails to people who opt-in through the funnel? When I have several different clients that I'm running ads for, do I need to make each client an account with the email service I'm using? What email service is the easiest to use & most cost effective? How do I go about integrating the email service with Clickfunnels? Also, when I have multiple clients, how would I be able to access their ad managers? Would I have to have a FB Business Manager? Would they? Would both of us have to? Someone please help! Thank you.
