A Guided Prayer of Rejoicing 

This is a guided prayer of rejoicing, created by the Cageless Birds.
Prayer:
Beautiful Jesus,
Thank you for the unending gift of salvation. I rejoice today in the truth that You chose to love me, keep me, and rescue me. You came to this earth as a baby, becoming weak and needy, fully embracing the messiness and beauty of humanity. You lived a generous, humble life and chose to lay it down for me, and all of Your people. You understand my own weakness and neediness-I am so grateful to be known by You.
Jesus, thank You for being a reachable God-for being someone that I can see, hear, and experience in my daily life. Today I remember that You are God with me, Emmanuel. Thank You for the beautiful gift of getting to live life with You! I receive the truth that You are with me, connected to me, and helping me in all I do. Thank You for never leaving me on my own, but consistently pulling me in close to You.
I posture my heart in gratitude for how You see me, understand me, and are mindful of me. From this posture, I make Mary’s prayer my own today: “my soul glorifies the lord and my spirit rejoices in god my savior, for he has been mindful of the humble state of his servant. from now on all generations will call me blessed, for the mighty one has done great things for me-holy is his name. his mercy extends to those who fear him, from generation to generation.” - Luke 1:47-50, NIT
I rejoice in you today, Lord, and I ask that you would seal this prayer in my heart. I want to be a vessel for you, Lord.
