4 and 5 are upper levels in the Macy's / Red Parking Deck and 6 is the roof.

The otis series 1's that you are riding in the parking area are pretty nice sounding. Who did the modernization? I almost thought they were cruppy mods the way one of them chimed. However there was no beep like I have heard in later otis's or the grocery store beep like I would hear in dovers that had been modernized.
