@@MozTheBoz Yeah, Mimi didn't like George or Paul because they weren't in John's Class so to speak. They lived in Counsel housing while John lived at Mendips. In fact Mimi hated John speaking in that scouse accent in interviews because he was raised, and did, speak in a more refined manner than the Beatles image portrayed. But he went along with the image Brian Epstein created for them because it was making him a very wealthy young man.
Can’t believe George was just 21 when he starred in AHDN. He looks so mature and grown, a true gentleman. I’m 22 and I feel like a toddler next to him despite being older than what he was in this movie.
I was born less than three months after George passed away in 2001, but I love this man with every bone and fiber in my body and miss him so much it makes me cry. His smile is so contagious, especially at moments like 1:01.
One of the many times George was clumsy in movies/videos … the beginning of AHDN, making the amp sort of fall later on in this movie, tripping on a branch in the Crackerbox Palace movie, tripping over a cord in the Get Back documentary … adorable :)
It's so easy to listen to Early George. He's just enjoying himself. A few months ago I was having an absolutely awful, wretchedness ghastly time. Most of my dreams were apocalyptic, like the Sun imploding or animal halves falling out of the sky. But one night a hippie-painted pickup truck pulled up next to me. The door opened and lo! Inside was George, speaking kind words. I'm not sure where the others were. I just remember the soothing feeling of being cared for by someone like George.
I was just about two months past my 4th birthday when they were first on TV. George was always my favorite and still is. And yes, I cried when he died, even though it was expected but it still hurts when it happens. Rest In Peace George with lots of love!
Despite all his stab wounds, he didn't have a scar on his entire body. He was such a naturally elevated being...truly a bodhisattva by then, and he even said that he was glad he wouldn't be reincarnation. He'd put too much work into purifying his spirit.
Ok, But The Love & Appreciation I Have For George-I’ve always loved him. I can also relate to him with the being called “Quiet” and such. It makes me so mad when I’m called that lol. Anyways, I Freaking Love him 😭❤️
@@sgt.strawberrylane2899 No worries. That particular line in the movie always stood out to me for some reason, so I guess I noticed it's absence easily...
I just can’t help but falling in love with him. I listen to his talking voice and it just makes me feel better and at ease. I mean who can’t help but love our sweet george.
George: Aye, but don't rush, none of your 5 bar gates jumps 'n over sorts of stuff Paul: What's that's supposed to mean? George: I don't know I just thought it souned distinguished like
I really enjoy watching a hard day's night but I didn't realize that George was only 21, but I didn't think that any of them were all that old in this movie.
