I muted the music in Legends Arceus before starting the Electrode Noble fight and had this song playing. Even though I had to play the song twice because the fight took so long because of PARALYSIS, it fit perfectly. I just wish that Game Freak could play this song in mainline Pokémon game as a reference.
No, because he did not sign the version that hat kid signed (i.e. hat kid invalidated the stamp when she changed the conditions). The contract is thus invalid and he would have to sign it again to make it valid

I actually played the game in a strange way where I got all the time pieces to unlock the final level before fighting Snatcher. So, technically, he WAS the final boss. For my playthrough, at least.

Can we all just... take a moment to appreciate the musical genius of this? First of all, in the very beginning, you can hear the melody of Subcon Forest. Then, it goes into Toilet of Doom. Then, you can hear Snatcher’s Contractual Obligations. This is one beautiful mashup of all of Subcon’s tracks, and I love it so much. This is one of my favorite songs in the entire game!
I really enjoy when area bosses have leitmotifs of their area in their themes. It's something I really liked about undertales soundtrack and I loved hearing it in this soundtrack as well.

The Snatcher is like if you took Aku from Samurai Jack, gave him the personality of Bill Cipher, and made him look more like the curse ghost from Paper Mario TTYD. It's genius.
just for the record guys, that *is* exactly how contracts work. the snatcher already approved the contract with his stamp, so hat kid can edit it to say whatever she wants it to say, and he's already accepted any terms she puts forth

As lord of the forest, Snatcher can designate that age as whatever he wants, therefore he can say Hat Kid is above minor age. Though yeah, there is still the matter of Hat Kid's undefined age and just the fact that Hat Kid isn't even native to the planet they are on.

Easily in my top 10 boss battle themes. This is legendary. You don't need a big budget to make something amazing, just CREATIVITY and CHARM. something AAA developers forget.
That's AHIT challenging the edge of many edgy games. With a single level. Seriously, I avoided that mission for over a fortnight now and planned to do it while someone promised to watch the entire thing, for the boss fight. So I am very cowardly is the moral of this entire message.

I subscribe to the idea that Snatcher personally had his boss fight music composed and recorded, since he seems to have enough medium awareness to recognise boss-fight mechanics and menus.

It's possible since the game has been ported. And she has a very good moveset possible, dashes, double jumps, ground pounds, explosive projectiles, repeated umbrella attacks, and smashing a bunch of time pieces on the ground for a large explosive final smash or the umbrella laser would all work very well. She's got plenty of recolor options and the parade and detective alternate skins would work well as alts. Her stage could very easily be the mafia boss fight stage as it's early in the game so not super spoiler level stuff and it's already 2D so no need for any real customization, or it could be based on the blue time rifts. Tracks would be easy to pick as well.
