easiest way to do it for me was to use the scooter in the beginning up until the ending portion with the explody enemies. From There I just used the slow time Hat. Still super hard though.
A Hat in Time was such a simple, lovable game for almost a year. *Then this DLC was released and combined Bullet Hell (constant attacks), Champions Road (scaary obstacles), and Dark Souls (continuous deaths to Bosses) all into a neat little package tucked in with a large boat that teases your anxiety.*
Inner Agent 3 and Mustache Girl EX are shockingly similar -Bosses from completing the dlc -One of the only bosses in their game that’s close to the same species as you -Hard as balls -Upgraded versions of another boss -Fire soundtrack 💯
I like that this goes hard as fuck immediately from the get go. There is no lead in. There is no bass drop. Get your ass in here and get it kicked at hyperspeed
I just noticed this but the reason why Mustache Girl EX is able to launch all of her attacks at the same time is actually because of the time pieces allowing her to mess around with time. She can launch any of her attacks at anytime, anywhere, even a half a second of an A press TL; DR: It's basically the BLJ but instead of messing around with parallel universes, you just mess around with time.
Inner Agent 3 and Mustache Girl EX both use unfair advantage to be hair-pullingly, world-endingly, child-murderingly hard. Who would win? 50 autobombs, or rainbow beams?
Once you've gotten to the point where you've beaten most or all of Death Wish and begin to memorize all of Mustache Girl EX's attack patterns... you begin fighting her purely *for fun* (because I'll be honest, this has to be one of my favorite boss fights in the entire game) and suddenly this isn't her theme, it's *YOURS* and Mustache Girl is trying to fight YOU.
there's no explanation at all, just "here, fight all the bosses you've fought before, but now, their music is even better, they have more attacks, and their even harder to beat", they even have the normal game dialogue
This sounds more like a killer rave party than a boss fight. As for Mustache Girl, since she took me a couple of tries in normal mode, I'm interested in seeing what Death Wish does with her.
Fr, I remember when I heard this song for the first time, it was before I actually knew where it was from, and I swear to God I thought it was a song by Hardcore TANOC* or USAO or something.
I'm new to a hat in time, and I'm loving it. Recently I started deathwish and I was jamming to this dope music on youtube in my free time. I have yet to experience this fight. And needless to say i'm terrified.

Hey Gears for Breakfast, when does a soundtrack companion for Seal the Deal release? A bunch of these new tracks are sweet, and I'd love to add them to my little Hat music collection. Just hearing the Snatcher-y version of Her Spaceship was neat, and then the rest, yeeees.
Tips: Do as Snatcher says. Stay calm and learn how she acts. Phase 1 is trivial, so lets skip to the hyper zone. During the time piece throw, walk in medium circles. During the jojo teleports, stand still and wait for her to appear and then spam attack. FOR HER LASER IN PHASE 1. She will not tele the first time, but will teleport once the second. Approach her four times to begin mafia phase. When she uses laser beams, get in her face. This is the easiest phase, imo. Phase 3 is much worse. Time a dive boost RIGHT before she pops out. Slamming is easy, just single jump and keep moving. Bounce on her shield during laser. Throw bombs when safe. Phase 4. Lasers are free. ALWAYS BE SINGLE JUMPING. ALWAYS. Bounces are hellish, and its possible to get screwed by rng. Don't give up.
Despite the fact I have both DLCs, I've only done Seal the Deal but VERY few missions of Death Wish, and HOOOOOLY hell, how did I miss out on this absolute banger of a track? This game's composer never ceases to amaze me with his talent and catchy style.
I can just imagine. If Hat Kid fought all ex bosses at once, I feel like the universe wouldn't be able to handle all the chaos and would freaking explode. And let's just not think about how powerful a Hat Kid ex would be
should've lowered the stained glass Snatcher in the background so that it looked like the mustache on mustache girl's throne looked like it was also partially incorporated into the stained glass image itself. Love dat SONG THO!
Failboat has an early copy of the dlc, and I am so so happy that nearly all the artwork for death wish is redone to be about my favorite character, Snatcher! The stain glass of him is perfect, and I bet this boss is going to be insane.
Not even 10 seconds in and it sounds so awesome! Now imagine Failboat attempting this boss fight when he gets to it.. OH BOY THE RAGE! (i haven’t got that far myself though so it’s not like I can say anything about this fight)

I'm 40/111 in right now and I want to fucking kill myself. The first few challenges were okay, hard but not unfun. But I question why I'm even playing this because its not fun its just bullshit, it's torture.
Only real men play the whole game at 3x speed. Dan is the only one who might even be able to land a scratch. Let's see what this boss would be at 3x speed.
Loved the game! At the start only the camera felt a bit wonky, but after setting the distance a bit further away and inverting the Y axis it started feeling better and by the end it was natural. The screen shots at the start of the Acts and the paintings at her art gallery are so cute and funny 😆
