Thanks for sharing Sam and Dom. I used to workout in the gym with Sam whilst I still lived in Auckland. Absolute top bloke. Horrific shank off the tee though! Thanks for sharing about the mental health and the professional help. Talking openly about the mental health is such a big step. The image of the little girl in front of the building when you sat down at the site definitely got me. As someone who has also left the emergency services due to the mental health aspect of the role it is great to hear another guy talk about his journey.

I initially thought excitement, by how Sam was talking about it, but now knowing about all the psychological side, did the incident change his perspective on his personal view towards his position/situation?
