Today I’m at a bakery called BAKELUCK in Sawaraku, Fukuokashi, Fukuoka which opened in October, 2023. It is a bakery run by a husband and wife team, who is a cook and a pastry chef. They sell over 50 types of bread and they are known for their saba-sando and focaccia. They make sure to do everything themselves in order to make the bread that they want.
