My nostalgic neighborhood. Our home close to the light house. Will always love this place. Amazed by the uptick in real estate construction. Mombasa is always Beautiful
Great vlog. The mama ngina girls high school is actually due for relocation to a 30-acre plot in Shanzu next year from the congested 3/4 acre in Kizingo it currently occupies. Construction of the new school began in 2018.
Oh this was a trip down memory lane. We lived in Kizingo in the 90s, first near statehouse, the GSU houses were behind ours, then later in Oceanic before moving to Mtwapa. Salvation Army Children's home was where I went to nursery 🤣. I would love to do this in person one day.
Hey just wondering is it posible to get the standalone houses / gated community estates in Kizingo and how much would that be. I am due to relocate to Mombasa for work and looking for a 3 bedroom in a quiet neighborhood preferably with safaricom fibre if possible . Not an apartment please.
wow, ulinipita hapo Loreto iyo day aki wewe ..anyway nice video nice content my only worry is that your audio is abit low , lavalier microphone should come in hardy. tupatane nyali centre i get u one
I have just watched your video and thank you. I think I have watched several from you and I can't remember you telling people that the council passed a decree telling building owners that part of the building has to be painted BLUE.
Yes, it's a county government by-laws, all building especially within CBD must be painted white and blue. I think I mentioned it in the Mombasa City Tour video

@@ucktri1115 Everyone knows people hang their clothes kwa balcony in most apartments in Nairobi. Making apartments look like one big cloth stall in a market.
@@ucktri1115 I just wish people can stop doing this man. And landlord should consider where to dry clothes when putting up some of these apartments. Not a good look at all. Plus the unfinished walls on some of them. Smh
I think it's not good to generise, all high end apartments don't allow that in Kenya I visited recently and was looking for apartment and Lavington, kileleswa kilimani and I didn't see such a thing, maybe lower class place.
