Congratulations I've been blessed with 3 daughters. I was nervous as all get out when my 1st daughter was born. Hold on to these moments because they're fleeting and you can't get them again! And hug her 1 for me.
The delivery of my son took 13 hours. Dr.s put me on Demerol so I was going in and out of sleep and pain. lol. My poor mom stood with me the whole time. I don't remember the other family members. I'm sure they were there too. Anyway, mom's handS were disfigured with arthritis, yet she allowed me to squeeze her hand when I was delivering. She's in Heaven now, so no more pain. It's been 27 years and my baby boy is an EMT in North Carolina, maybe helping to deliver little ones in ambulances. xo GREAT VIDEO! CONGRATULATIONS EVERYBODY!! xo!!

This was so fun to watch and see a couple of people I've met! I was on a tour in Israel Nov. 2019 with One for Israel. Yossi was our tour guide at Nazareth Village, and we met his dad also at the congregation he pastors. 💜
Oh babies who can resist! I love babies but it is always best to wait untill you are both ready because your life will never be the same! What a joy that you got to be a part of getting your friend to the hospital and the guys got there in time. Special memories. We had our kids later than most but so enjoyed them at each phase of their lives. But before that I loved all my animals especially my two cats. They were fun. Thanks for making the Bible and its places all the more interesting with your videos. We have enjoyed your company across the world. Was the food from Samaritan's Purse? My story isn't quite as dramatic as theirs, and while I have 4 boys, I only had my water break with the first. It wasn't even obvious at first if it had truly broken or not. I woke up first thing in the morning with a wet feeling and we called the doctors office admitting that I wasn't sure if it might be the other thing that can cause a little wetness between the legs during the night for a hugely pregnant woman. I was also 3 weeks from my due date, but the doctor's office insisted that I should come in and they could check to see if it was a false alarm. After I got dressed, I could tell it was probably not a false alarm since it had turned into a steady trickle, enough to need a towel for the car ride. This was before everyone had cell phones, or at least I didn't have one and my husband was driving the car, so we went on to the doctor's office who immediately sent us to the hospital. When I stepped off the elevator on the floor for labor and delivery, the bottom fell out of it, kaploosh. Since this was the first grandchild for both sets of grandparents-to-be and the first nephew for a lots of aunts and a couple of uncles, everyone flocked to the hospital thinking the baby would be there any minute. Much like your video, hours later, although not quite 14, our families who had basically skipped lunch to not miss the new arrival, finally decided around 7:30 to step out of the hospital just across the road to grab some food at a McDonalds. My nurse decided to check for dilation just after they left and saw the baby's head crowning, so there was no time left. This was back in the day when you had babies in an operating room, so my family got back just in time to pass us in the hallway as the new baby boy and I were being rolled into recovery. It was definitely one of those days you'll always remember and treasure.

Awww thank you so much for saying that, Sharon! What an encouragement you are!! I'm glad we were found by you! Sergio and I met Charlie while living in Sarasota six years ago or so, and it wasn't hard at all to love him and his family dearly and grow the friendship. Today, we are back in Israel, and many of our family in the Superior Word, both online and offline, love the country but can't make it here, so the videos are a way for them and anyone to see it.
I am certainly among them. I would love to go to Israel, but I'm afraid I'll probably have to wait until I can follow Jesus down there on a white horse in a fixed/glorified body, so I really appreciate your sharing it with us a little beforehand. I have go an few weeks before the birth of my daughter, my husband may not hike now after hearing this story. We will be driving like crazy to hospital🤣
