@Oscar Arias - Check Hank Aaron's and Willie Mays' production at 39, 40, 41, and 42. They weren't bombers, but they could still jack the ball. Do you think they were juiced, too? If it's proven Pujols is spiking his orange juice, let me know and I'll personally apologize to you. Just don't expect one. 🙂

@topgunsam Out of the 20,000 or so people who have ever played Major League Baseball, only *4 have hit 700 or more home runs. Pujols is jacked indeed but all players are tested. As it stands now, he is clean so no reason to believe otherwise unless it becomes revealed that he is on something. *One of those 4, Barry Bonds, did in fact admit to taking steroids. Because this, his record is tainted. His defenders will say that steroids don't help you hit a baseball which might be true but they can turn pop outs into home runs and give a dude in his late 30s the recovery time from workouts and injuries as if he were a 10 years younger.

@Eric Brown as a Braves fan who lives in L.A., your perspective is warped. Actually attend a game at Dodger Stadium and enjoy getting peanuts thrown on you by someone's kid for multiple innings, the parents doing nothing, then when you finally say something they try to fight you for asking the kid to stop. And of course wearing another team's stuff everyone else who now becomes aware automatically assumes you're the one who's in the wrong.

at 7:05 he looks at the Dodger bench and expresses his gratitude and appreciation to them. It was the Dodgers who believed in him when they made the call to his agent after the Angels released him. Most in baseball thought he was done and in his own words it was the Dodgers who brought the kid and spark back to the game of baseball for him. He succeeded with them last year and honestly I think he did well enough to get one last contract with his original team. He reaches the 700 club wearing a Cardinals uniform at Dodger stadium where the fans understood the moment and reciprocated the appreciation. Shakespeare couldn't have written a better story then this. Congratulations Albert "Tio" Pujols for reaching that incredible milestone.

As a Dodger fan, I couldn’t be happier for Albert. He’s a stand up dude and has done so much for the sport. Such an honor to witness history.

I almost got teary-eyed when Albert came out for the curtain call and got that loud ovation from the opposing team fans. Respect for #5. 👍👍❤️❤️

He is a former Dodgers legend so it only makes sense the fans gave him a standing ovation.

Pujols has always been one of my faves. Back in middle school when I would play the old baseball games on PS2 I would do a fantasy draft and Pujols was always one of the first platers I would draft.
