i am a hook main and im not ashamed for it. people think because i pulled seele that shes my strongest girl? theyre wrong. theyre all wrong. my strongest main is a child who auctioned off her teddy bear for her dad. i love her. (also i had to give her her signature light cone as much as woof woof talk time would be better it felt right)

Seele makes the game a bit too easy. Hook makes the game exciting, she's strong enough to use her in MoC and her animations still make me smile sometimes, they are so cute!

Good Guide, but actually, Woof Woof Walk Time is the best Light Cone for Hook, even better than the 5 star one on the Herta Store, she's doing more damage most of time cause 20% ATK + 32% DMG boost is just better than 64% ATK boost cause of how damage formula on HSR works, the only one moment when the Herta Store light cone is better than Woof Woof Walk Time is the 2 turns left after Hook deals weakness break.

Yeah I see where I messed up. I thought it gives +32% ATK bonus instead of DMG boost, thanks for pointing it out :)
