Question, does any of the manufacturers build homes with one or two bedrooms that include a large living and dining room? I am single, and plan to stay single, yet I want to entertain my extended family during holidays and have cook outs in the summer months. Just about every manufactured home I see is three or four bedrooms which I really do not need. I don't understand why these home builders keep putting the master closet in the bathroom. Don't they know what happens when you have a dark room that is exposed to hot moist air? Mold is what happens and it doesn't take long for it to start in that environment. My other nit pick is the heating/air grilles in the ceiling. They are great for air conditioning but they suck in the winter time. Hot air rises so your going to end up with cold floors in the winter if you live in a northern climate. Been there done that as a HVAC technician having to explain to people why their floors are freezing cold.
Siempre me gustan mucho las casas que enseñas. Pero lamentablemente de ésta no puedo decir que me guste. Lo siento. No me gusta la cocina separada del Salón, siento que si tienes invitados, el que esté en la cocina cocinando se quedará sin participar de la compañía de sus invitados. Igualmente, no me parece ni bonito ni práctico esa media columna o pedestal en la la entrada principal de la casa. No lo veo ni útil para nada ni estéticamente bonito. Un saludo
I live in the middle TN area. I recently went to look at the winston helicon. I was really disappointed in the quality of the home on display. And is it typical for setup and delivery to be over 20 thousand dollars? Would like your take on this. Really enjoy your videos.
I love all the storage in this house!! It is so nice to see a coat closet by the front door instant of these homes have them. I really like the pantry. With so many cabinets in the kitchen I would probably jse that room for storage ( you have to out the Christmas decoration a somewhere, right?). Nice size utility room and great storage in both bathrooms. The two things that weren't really to my taste was that odd extra pilar just sort of floating there ( would have made more sense if it was up against the wall) and it was perhaps more brick than I would want. Overall though this is my favorite so far!
I don't like the shelving in the guest closets. I also don't like the electric range . It should have been gas. I like the brick fire place, however the don't like the column in the front. Overall it's a nice home.
Gorgeous home loved everything about it just didn't see a built in microwave but I love the inside and outside of this home just beautiful great job on the video
This house has the controversial brick short column, but it's growing on me. The dark wood looks high-end, but I'd like lighter wood in the pantry and bathrooms. It's cheerier, and wouldn't show dings as readily as the dark wood. Fun tour, lots of good info 👍
I’ve reviewed this home a couple of time’s now. Suffice it to say, it’s a beautiful home. The flooring is very nice. My only wish is to use it in the entire house. An upgrade I expect. I’m not a fan of the brick columns. They are kid magnets just waiting for a accident. Stove needs to be upgraded to a flat top. Current one is cheap. Backsplash needs to be under all the cabinets. Lots to like here. I really like the contrasting countertop at the sink. Perfect. Pantry is very large. Utility room needs a sink. Guest bath is above average. Got to love the transom window. The master suite is above average. Bath is beautiful. Perfection. Closet is a tad small. Given the square footage not much you can do about that. So all things considered this is a decent home. I’m not sure what I rated it before, however today I’d give it a 9/10.
I too have seen this home before. It is very nice. Get rid of the carpet n it would be even better. I know you can order with no carpet so that isn't an issue to be concerned with. Pantry is very nice. Thanks for showing the home.
Pros.... colors are magnificent. Floor plan is great. Roomy and beautiful. I love the tub in the hall bath. And I love the windows all over and that little book nook in the living room. Cons..... column would have to go, looks out of place. Pantry should have a place for a freezer. But wow. Gorgeous house.
