Conqueror's Blade has just had a huge announcement that the Contract with My.Games is ending and that the developers Booming tech will be directly taking over the management of the game going forwards, having been working with MyGames for 4 or 5 years now since Conqueror's Blade first Launched in Europe this is a huge change and ultimately one that is for the better. Hopefully it does something good, CB is like warthunder, there's no other game like it or nothing compares and it's basically a monopoly. There's so much potential for it.
@@kenbean75 WoT is like one small game mode of war thunder. War thunder has 2200+ vehicles in the game rn, combining arms from all types of land vehicles, helis, planes and ships.
@@EvoLozGaming BUT, for example the combat doctrine, some items were only on mygames weren't they? Maybe as content creator you have a network to check what items can't be transfered because of game limitations.
@@doovybro9000 it also had virus when i tried to install it a year ago but I installed it anyway and it was the only game that caused blue screens of death so weird they infected so many computers and we just ignore it Elyon had virus too.. it is always Asian game that has a virus detection! The real developer is Booming Tech, not mygames it is actually bad because booming Tech is from China, i don't trust it anymore

I REALLY hope this means serious changes, the game has always been terribly balanced, buyable things are excessively overpriced and many mechanics are terrible and only added for the sake of "more shit". I hope this heralds in some changes and it will absolutely bring me back to the game since it is often a lot of fun and a unique game
I wish they treat this game like a PvP oriented games and stop adding grindy, RPG focused element. Like imagine if you play CSGO 2 and have to grind 50 hours so your sniper rifle could reload faster and has more ammo and you can steamroll the enemy who didn't grind
I been out from this game scene for over 2 years and honestly like the game is growing little bit, last time I played it seem like the game was gonna die, glad it still live and doing better than ever though!
Absolutely wild!!! Way back when we chatted for the conq blade video, I remember My.Games handling of the servers being a huge point of contention for myself and the ones I played the game with. I wonder if this results in a more polished experience, and more player count as a result. NA not running on what feels like a mistreated floppy disk would be a welcome change!
They reduced servers from 2 EU and 2 NA to 1 of each. Then they made it cross continent. Now we are a few weeks into a new season and Ive had 2 bot games today. I dont see why player count will increase. I hope to be proven wrong.
i havent played conqureors blade in 2 years, my experience on the game went downhill when they closed their euro based servers and mergeed them into the russian servers. i thought there was nothing that could bring me back to CB, but this news might be it.
Maybe this game will get it's comeback after that. I've been playing this game for a 4 years now, but stopped after it's breakdown, but now thanks to that, I'm going to go back to playing this game and making videos about it!
I hope the servers are better and the resulting reduction in technical issues frees them up to work on learning how to actually balance heroes and units.
In full honesty. Mygames is a great pubkisher for many games. The problems with the game were never publisher based. Matchmaking is the worst part still. The meta comp and the pay to win influence in all that.
Hi i come from the future!! i played conquerors blade with over 3000+ hours into the game in one of the major guild and alliance, i believe i been pretty much over everything the game has to offer in terms of content, in SA server published by booming, ive been back and foward with the NA server, because SA server was pretty much dead with little to no effort by the publisher to make the game come to live again where the comunity together with the content creators work side by side trying to reach the booming people with really simple solutions so the game would once again be on its way to reach its potential or at least more people play it with sadly no response. i really hope this really is a new era of CB but keep an eye up, and not get milked with emty promisses. CB can be huge and its an amazing game but some core changes and effort must be put into it if they want to make it work. ill keep and eye in the channel and the news to see how it all playes out . wishing the best!.
@@terrand.mardjan2342 hi, not by itself, if CB its entirelly published by booming, there would be a lot of work, in order to merge servers so they can all be in one server, there are doctrines that are only available in SA that there wasnt in NA, for instance the one that lower the cost of leadership to bring them to battle. i hope they do if they merge server the game could deffinitely reborn, it would depend on if they do it, and how, they do it, TW are reallly boring in SA always the same houses, something should be done in term of maketing to atract new fresh ppl . hopefully they will.
This video got me back into the game but the amount of bots is making me go crazy, currently level 83. Can't wait to be level 100 where it will be all real players
I regret to tell you that at some point this got changed without a word - at level 100 you'll be in some full player lobbies but it won't be complete until level 200
@@bendiewan3791 yeah, even after level 200 in lower activity hours bots can flood in which is the only real reason why I've started playing ranked, at least you're guaranteed player only
They addressed all of this in FAQs. My understanding is that they will keep the servers as they are so there will be no issue with transfering from multiple servers
Some game systems are borderline broken and very infuriating to deal with, especially doctrines. I was grinding for a month to get the best doctrines possible only for the rng factor to kick in and give me some of the worst tier 4 and 5 doctrines in the game. And its not just 1 or 2, I literally got 5 super bad doctrines in a row. IMO this should change ASAP and they should give players some control over it. I really hope they take a close look at all the game systems that are in place and work hard on improving them. If they keep doing the same thing, this game will be a hard pass unfortunately.
Hate to hear that buddy, but grinding for a moth sounds like maybe that is the first sign to hard pass. I've done a bit of grinding in the past and it is just a bad way to live life. cheers

thanks for the update, I moved into CB after Total War Arena went down several years ago. CB just didn't do it for me. Is there anything close to TWA out there that I can play? That was my favorite game.
Have not played in over 3 years. I heard CB will be more like the frontier server so everything will be improved. I play in north america and me and a lot of my house members that used to play a lot are going to return to see how the game is when the new devs take over.
Certainly interesting, but maybe a bit too late since the playerbase is so low nowadays. I am looking forward to more content, with Manor Lords (hopefully) releasing soon as well i expect some videos :)

I think ultimately it will be a positive change yes, think balance won't end up changing that much, aside from some doctrine changes the versions aren't that far apart

I stopped playing CB since i couldnt stand MyGames treating this game like a Cash Cow always milking it for more Profit, which worked apparently worked quite well. Content was shit, Seasons were shit, the pay to win aspect was shit and i hope that all this changes for the better.

Thank. God. MG has been an absolute disaster, and Frontier (the Booming side of the game) has been fairly stable. I pray that this will mean a dramatic improvement for CB in the future!
I downloaded Conqueror's Blade through Steam, but each time I try to play it, it opens a MyGames launcher before it will let me play the game. I've heard from a couple other players that Steam will automatically transfer me to whatever new launcher it will be, and I'll just need to accept the agreement to the transfer, but is that accurate? What actions will I need to take on my part since I purchased Conqueror's Blade through Steam?

Finally there will be no ruzzian terrorists among the publishers of my favorite game and I won't spend my money on their rockets! I abandoned game since war in Ukraine because of mygames and obviously I'm REALLY excited to return! I'm certain (believe me) that from now on there will be LESS freaking donate bullshit and more interesting DEVELOPER'S features! Everyone thinks this is a postive. For me its a sign the game is dying. Im literally playing today and have had 2 bot games in a new season. The fact Evo hasnt played for ages is another sign :)
