Hello! I've been watching your videos for a bit now. Very good stuff, especially considering they are all vanilla (nowadays I can only play modded Rome and Medieval). I would like to know how do you make Rome run so smoothly, I check your guides but there's none on performance. In my case, the game performs "fine" but the mouse sensitivity is kinda off as well as the FPS. I tried to google for a solution but didn't have much luck. Cheers

This is very mysterious to me and I know it's a big problem for a lot of people but I've never worked out any consistent solution. Since I got a new monitor I had to play with the settings a lot to get it looking good but I've always been lucky with the game running well. If I evert figure out a reason/solution then I will make a video!

One feature that was silently dropped and I'm surprised nobody has mentioned it was the historical campaign battle feature in Medieval 1. In it, you have the choice of campaigns, like the hundred years war, playing as both English and the devil's own, followed by a range of historical battles within. Such a shame they dropped that feature. Now, it's a handful of historical battles as a token gesture.
