i’m watching you from Spain, How lucky i think u are living in Malaysia and can eat a lot of Malaysian delicious foods😀😅. I wish i still live there i love bazar Ramadhan, usually i will buy kuih, ayam bakar, kuih bulan, fried Cempedak is one of my fav too, The stingray fish looks yummy😋, many kinds of nasi you can find there as well😁Enjoy Malaysia🙏🏻
Thanks for the video! We Malaysians love people's cultures. We love takoyaki, korean chicken and what else.. Great seeing you enjoyed the foods! It was nice seeing your reactions in Japanese, that was so natural. Keep safe!
I couldn't go to any bazar ramadhan since im staying with my aging parents and i have a young daughter too. So i avoid crowded places. Hopefully this pandemic will end soon. Stay safe and healthy everyone!
Wow! You bought all that just for yourself! I already feel full watching you eat too haha. Good to try the different Malay kueh too. Since you do like spicy, look for beef rendang (beef slow cooked in coconut milk curry) and lemang (glutinous rice)
Thumbs up to u for doing a vlog on bazaar Ramadan. I too love to go to bazaar Ramadan to buy foods. Love your video content. Can’t wait for your coming video
I think takoyaki is already a common food in Malaysia nowadays, especially in the big cities, I have takoyaki stall in my weekly morning market at my residential area too! 😂😂😂 Anyhow, glad you enjoy the food! but yea, some food can be a bit spicy 😅😅😅
I didn’t expect you can see it in Ramadan Bazar cuz I thought only traditional foods are sold there, quite surprising. wow you have a takoyaki stall close to your house ?? Now it’s time to move to your place 🤔
Hi Kaz, apa khabar? We are in your video at 1:54, right behind you! The couple with the black hoodie and the white haired guy! How can we get in touch with you - we’d love to introduce you to more foods and culture around KL!
yup...but in malaysia because this dish originally from japan so they took the name as takoyaki the original one as everybody knows...octopus is very hard to find and a bit expensive in malaysia so that why we use squid as replacement
Oh my thats too much to eat in 1 night hahaha. here's your next to must try list: 1. Kueh named ondeh ondeh ( do google it!), its coconut covered rice balls with brown sugar filling. super yummy. kind of like mochi but in bite size. 2. Nasi Beriyani Gam ( its a main dish and also a bit spicy, but dont worry as it is not as spicy as the grilled fish as in this video). 3. Murtabak. Kind of like okonomiyaki? but no veggies, just meat/ chicken in egg batter wrapped up in roti canai like dough. happy feasting!
Ondeh ondeh looks super nice and kawaii..! Green colored ball with grated coconut? Provided that it’s not too sweet, Japanese might like it. I gotta try when I see it next time, thanks !
@@kazinkl oh also when ramadhan is over by mid may, its raya season (festive season), so u gotta try the food then. usually we would hold open houses for family and friends and collegues during the raya month (1 whole month after fasting month, since we fast a month, so we celebrate with plenty of food for 1 month hahaha). but due to covid, most of us might only hold it limited to immidiate family members like last year. so by any chance you go down to kg baru next month you'd see people setting up stalls selling raya food. you GOT to try chicken rendang + lemang with serunding (chiken/beef meat floss). oh my it is mindblowing I guarantee you.
Seeing you had your mouth full while talking is super cute it had me laughing... 9:40 “it’s like roti susu without susu😂” Idk why I laughed on that too tho
i am really enjoying your video. Otak-otak is spicy fish cake. otak = brain (in english) :). i would like to suggest for you to try murtabak/ penang Laksa . Murtabak is paratha filled with meat and onions, while laksa is noodles with fish gravy. these are highly recommended. i am watching this at 4pm and already feel hungry, haha. please up more videos on bazar ramadhan ya.
i like to hear u speak in japanese more, why? coz if u speak english mix Malay ppl will mistaken u as a Chinese unless u introduce yourself. So we also like to hear Japanese as many of Malaysian love anime from Japan.

Is just in ramadan month only, at hari raya, you should try sticky rice with coconut juice in bamboo and we call lemang, is delicious can you try it eat with rendang together
I don't care which country that food comes from as long as it's halal for me. And Japanese food is one of my favorites too. Halal and delicious are more important in Malaysia.
